Manny is an avid cyclist who enjoys outdoor activities and understands what it takes to maintain a healthy body.  He graduated from Broadview University in 2015.  His extensive training is in a variety of modalities and includes myofascial release, trigger point, sports, neuromuscular release, deep tissue, Swedish and Thai massage.
